Last night, the Park Trust honored a very special individual with the 23rd Bruce F. Vento Public Service Award! Congresswoman repdianadegette (D-CO, 1st District) embodies the spirit of the award as a public servant who has truly demonstrated her commitment to the environment. She was the lead sponsor of the Every Kid Outdoors Act, which provides 4th graders and their families free access to our nation’s public lands and waterways for an entire year.
