Elk, bison, eagles, owls, bobcats, oh my! It’s every kids’ backyard safari dream! In partnership with caesarsmeansbusiness, National Park Trust fulfilled the animal dreams of 60 kindergarteners from Morgan Elementary School! At landbetweenthelakeskytn, students drove through the prairie to get a better look at the bison and elk before joining the Backyard Safari program, where they met some of the other animal ambassadors! It’s just like the old saying: bring kids to a zoo, and they will have gone to the zoo, but teach kids to love and respect local wildlife, and you’ve encouraged a lifetime of stewardship!
