Talk about a late bloomer. These organ pipe cacti don’t produce their first flowers until age 35! Don’t feel too bad though, they live to be 150 years old!
Organ pipe cacti are the namesake of organpipenps in Arizona. This unique desert park is also an unesco Biosphere Reserve, which means it's a sample of an intact desert ecosystem, so scientists can travel from around the world to understand its natural wonders better!
