Mary Kate (mk.gavs) and aaron_gavri met in dental school. Mary Kate had always vowed she would never date another dental student. In her third year of school, a friend tried to set her up with their new roommate, Aaron. Mary Kate didn't take it too seriously. Then, one day, a cute guy came into the clinic she was overseeing and caught her eye. It was Aaron 😉 She was immediately charmed by his dad jokes, but it wasn't until a few weeks later, at the annual Medical University of South Carolina Halloween party that he finally won her over. The two were married in a Southern, black-tie wedding at Lowndes Grove in Charleston, South Carolina.
