In case you didn’t know, Results Take Time ⏳ Two years ago right before the pandemic, the good brother jasonadavis texted me and said he had a new artist that had promise. I was told that lyrically, he had traces of early Kendrick and Cole. Once I heard that, my ears perked up. We wrote a signing story about Symba’s new deal with Atlantic and have championed him ever since. Last month, was the first time me and Symba met in person after numerous DMs and social media exchanges. I always loved his first project Don’t Run From R.A.P., but this new one he played me last month is the stepping stone to something special.
