I was getting really bad rib and back pain ESP when driving or flying. I started going to PT around 26 weeks and these stretches from my physical therapist have helped IMMENSELY. I also use this time to practice breath work and breathe out “like you’re blowing out candles” to help strengthen my pelvic floor. There’s so much to learn in such a short time🤷🏻♀️
