Jenny Nguyen will be the Grand Marshal for the Starlight Parade, the Rose Festival announced Thursday. Being asked to be a Grand Marshal for the parade is “an honor and privilege,” Nguyen, who has lived in Portland nearly her whole life, said Tuesday.
