Some kind words on our rebrand of the Cottonmouths - #Repost from our friends over at hockeylogosorg ・・・ Each week I will be featuring a logo from an up-and-coming graphic designer. This week's offering: Nick Matarese & his team thebarncreative for their amazing & award winning re-brand of the Columbus Cottonmouths of the Southern Professional Hockey League circa 2016-17. Prior to utilizing Nick's unique attention to detail, the Cottonmouths logo set was a messy wash of inconsistent colours & awkward designs. The primary logo is bold, the alt gives a nod to local history & the word marks are easy to read. Perhaps the best aspect of this set is the creation of a special snake skin pattern that's found throughout some of the word marks & the player uniform numbers.
