A day in the life of Miriam Artacho, fisherwoman behind Ecoalf Foundation’s Upcycling the Oceans project. Every day, when she goes out to sea, she witnesses the amount of waste that goes into our oceans and does a labour of love by bringing it back to port and giving it a second life. It’s thanks to her, and another +4,000 fishermen that we’ve collected +1,450 tonnes of waste from the bottom of the ocean.
