🔥 SAVE & SHARE 🔥 BIG LEG DAY TO START THE WEEK 💪🏾 - I always start the workout with the main lift first (COMPOUND MOVEMENT), exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time. A squat is a compound exercise that works the quadriceps, glutes, and calves. The reason why it’s good to start with a compound movement is because they exert a lot of energy. Do it while the ent levels are high at the start of the workout. - Also I’ve never worn lifting shoes until this year. I’ve been missing out!
