Alejandro Zendejas and Cade Cowell were teammates for the USMNT last summer in the Gold Cup. Tonight, they went up against each other as Club América faced Chivas in the semifinal second leg of Liga MX Clausura. It was all to play for in this El Súper Clásico as the first leg ended 0-0. Zendejas started the game while Cowell came in after the half-time break. América ended up winning the game narrowly by 1-0 and reached the final.
