When Timothy McSweeney passed, he had a 9-month-old son named Patrick. In the face of loss, Patrick found strength and purpose, driven by a commitment to honor his father’s memory which led him to participate in the Jets rookie minicamp this season. According to the New York Jets’ official website, Patrick’s late father, Timothy, was a season ticket holder who joined the Fire Department of New York in 1987.
