This week’s prep looks a little bit different than usual since I prepped my salad buffet style rather than building it out in individual containers. I like doing it this way for my Strawberry Fields Chicken Salad in particular because the avocado stays perfectly green and the strawberries stay fresh too. And let’s be honest, sometimes buffet style meal prep is just easier 😉
