Tonight we are hosting a Sewing 101 workshop for club members! This sewing workshop is for beginners to learn the foundational sewing skills. It will be 1 of 2 sewing workshop series we will have this semester with the next one being an intermediate level class next week.
This workshop will be led by professor Neno Russell. He is a professional pattern maker and costume designer who has been teaching at The University of Tennessee since 2021. During his 12 years living in New York, Russell worked on countless Broadway productions and many off-Broadway theatres.
We are thrilled to have such a talented professional teach our club members foundational sewing skills! Hope to see you all there tonight!!🤍
