If you're thinking about renovating your home, make sure you are prepared to do so before pulling the trigger on the project! 1) Get your 🦆 in a row! Are you ready and have you formulated a perfect plan? 2) Can you afford to do it? Don't be surprised if the project goes over budget by 10-15% 3) Did you find the right person for the job? Get at least 3 estimates before deciding on your contractor. Ask them what their workload looks like? If they are good at their job, they should have some other work in the pipeline.
