Grantee Spotlight!✨ The Colorado Perinatal Mental Health Project’s (CO PMHP’s) Birth Squad Denver program provides no-cost, weekly support and therapeutic groups in the Denver area for mothers and birthing people struggling with perinatal mood disorders.   With support from Caring for Denver, coloradopsi ‘s Birth Squad Program offers bilingual perinatal mental health support groups in trusted community spaces, serving as an immediate entry point for Black and Latino/a mothers and birthers. ❤️ These groups, available in both English and Spanish, are led by trained peer facilitators and perinatal mental health providers.
