 ✨Ingredients: •1 cup Krusteaz buttermilk pancake mix •⅔ cup apple cider •⅛ tsp pumpkin spice •1 tbsp melted unsalted butter •½ cup cane sugar •½ tbsp ground cinnamon Preheat oven to 350° F. Whisk together one cup of Krusteaz Pancake Mix with apple cider and pumpkin spice in a bowl. Rest batter for 2 minutes. Then, add batter to a piping bag and cut a small hole using scissors. Pipe batter onto a small donut mold and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and cool down for 5 minutes. Next, make cinnamon sugar by combining sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl—brush mini donuts with unsalted butter and coat in cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
