This post won't get a lot of likes, but it's such an important point. I read it twice. Be the person that tells someone they can do it. They are God's highest creation. Sure it may be a big dream, it may be tough to accomplish, they may have never done anything like this before, but they are stronger than they know. Encouraging someone is blessing someone.
