Dwelling on your past won't change anything in your future. You get to determine your future! What you think about grows. People tend to think about the negative things about their life's experiences, start thinking about the positives. What you love about someone or something. Its easy to find the negative, but finding and emphasizing the positive is an art. It's a different mindset, but when you focus on your blessings, the positives, those grow.
