Coffee has become one of my passions and I have been fortunate to be able to explore the coffee culture around the world. Past years I have also started to look much more into the whole ”from the farm to the cup”- process and what are the factors behind the super good cup of coffee that I’m always after ☕️ When the Covid-19 pandemic rolled in I spent a lot of time in Finland with tiffanycromwell. During that time I started to explore the Finnish coffee world and found Kahiwa Coffee Roasters in my home town. I tasted their coffees and I was super impressed! I got to know the guys behind the roastery and saw their pursuit to elevate the speciality coffee scene through their roastery and cafe that they were launching.
