FoCo Fondo is a gravel event for the people. When we were deep in the planning for this year, we knew we wanted to do something different with our growth. We wanted to deepen our roots in the community but also provide (paid) opportunities for new leaders in this space to experiment on how best to support their communities. And we wanted to learn from them. And support them. Our of this desire, the FoCo Fondo Leadership Program was born.
