The route is pretty much the same as last year, utilizing our local bike path system to access a light gravel adventure in Riverbend Ponds. A halfway aid station offers riders a snack and hydration break before heading back to newbelgium_foco. Families looking for support wrangling the kiddos have the option of riding with Safe Routes to School volunteers, who will help shepherd. focofondo donates $5k to Safe Routes to School each year which they’ve used for after-school bike clubs, bike fleets to take to our local schools, and, this year, adaptive bikes to better serve and empower FoCo students!
