First up for routes, we have our 12-mile extra family-friendly Safe Routes to School Route, with bonus support from Safe Routes to School volunteers to help wrangle kids if needed. Riders not needing the extra kid support are able to roll out ahead of families at their own pace. The route primarily focuses on our paved trail systems with a light dirt trail adventure at Riverbend Ponds. A half-way aid station in the park let's riders load up on snacks and drinks before the trek back home. At FoCo Fondo, kids 12-and-under are free to register and teens are half-priced (they do need an adult to accompany).
