WEEK 10 - at west florida The 2023 Gulf Breeze season comes to an end at West Florida High School. On Thursday night, the Dolphins played their final season game against the West Florida Panthers. The game was emotional for players on both sides of the ball, as it’s the last time many of them will put on a helmet and shoulder pads. As they often do, the Dolphins came out swinging, putting up 14 points in the first quarter. The Panthers responded, putting up 14 in the second. Towards the end of the game, the Dolphins fought for a lead and got it, making it 32-28. With little time on the clock, the Panthers did what they needed to do and ended the game 32-35. I’ve had an incredible experience telling the Dolphin story this past season. Recap post coming soon.
