“An eight foot aluminum sculpture by Spokane artist Robert J. Shepherd will represent Inland Empire Goodwill Industries on the Expo 74 site. The three-part work will represent “the feeling of growth and progress representative of the Goodwill people program. It will be placed near the Taiwan exhibit. The plaque, written by Alive L.
