“The things I do to try and improve upon myself—my education, the ways I try to treat people—it all matters, and it has ripple effects, even 8000 miles away in Nepal.” - BYU nursing student Symbria Lewis BYU students & faculty from the College of Life Sciences, College of Nursing, and College of Engineering joined with Kathmandu University, University of Utah, and the Karnali Academy of Health Sciences to research Nepali brick workers’ exposure to pollutants & assess their respiratory health. BYU faculty and students anticipate future trips to Nepal to continue the research.
