The Center for Latino Arts and Culture (CLAC) & the Latino Alumni Association of Rutgers (LAARU) cordially invite you to our 2024 Pa’lante Graduating Student Leader Recognition Ceremony. This year, the event will be held in person at Neilson Dining Hall on Douglass Campus on Thursday, May 9 from 7-10 PM. The purpose of Pa'lante (Spanish for "forward") is to recognize and celebrate CLAC affiliated graduates of the Rutgers University Class of 2024 who have contributed to our community at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. The program is a complement to a traditional graduation ceremony such as University Commencement or other celebrations hosted by academic departments. The program will feature keynote alumni speaker Pierre Jean Gonzalez (BFA Mason Gross), a stage, film and television actor, director, and producer.
