As Mother’s Day approaches, I think about what being a mother means to me as an entrepreneur. I built my business over 11 years ago and I did it so I would have the freedom and flexibility to create my work weeks as I needed them to be in order to be a thriving entrepreneur and leader, but also mom and partner.
