Today, I want to talk about culture. As someone who has spent my career in the intersection of art, music, and technology, I believe that cultural diversity is not just important, it's essential. In a world where technology is rapidly advancing, it's easy to get caught up in the latest gadgets and apps, but we must remember that behind every innovation is a human being with their own unique perspective and experiences. Valuing culture means recognizing and respecting the diversity of human experiences, and using that diversity to inform and shape our work. It means creating space for underrepresented voices and perspectives, and actively working to dismantle systems of oppression. In the tech and innovation industries, it means recognizing that true progress comes not just from developing new technology, but also from using that technology to create a more just and equitable world.
