For over 80 years Marathon has used Incabloc® shock absorbers to protect Marathon’s engines. This system employs a spring-loaded, lyre-shaped mounting mechanism with jeweled bearings around the delicate balance wheel. When exposed to a shock, these bearings shift to absorb the impact.
