🌊 Last week, our head coach Alex had the privilege of accompanying elite gold member Nicholas at the National Flippers Camp in Lennox Head for open water training with the top 8 boys and girls U/20. 🏊‍♂️ It was a week filled with invaluable learnings, from honing skills and relays to racing, alongside insightful discussions led by top nutritionists and physiotherapists from around the country.
