anyone who says peanut butter & chocolate donāt go good together canāt be trustedā¦. today i bring you choc peanut butter crunch bars inspired by TAGALONGS !!!!
these barely lasted through the weekend š¤ hope you love them as much as i did hehehe
HOW TO MAKE ā“ā£
- 2 rice cakes
- 2 tbs each: ground flaxseeds & chia seeds *opt*
crush rice cakes well. mix w flax & chia seeds.
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbs honey
- 1/4 c peanut butter
- 1/4 c vanilla protein powder
pour honey & pb into microwave safe bowl. melt for 15-30 seconds. mix well. then mix in vanilla & protein powder. then combine with dry ingredients.
press mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. let set in in the freezer for 15ish mins.
- 1/2 c choc chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
melt choc chips w coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals. stir in between. then pour choc mixture over top of base. spread evenly. place back in the freezer ~1 ...
