i asked you all your favorite girl scout cookies & thin mints took the dub by a long shot 😮💨 my roommates said these tasted exactly like thin mints so SAVE THIS🤩 & make these asap 🫡
HOW TO MAKE ↴
- 1/2 c oat flour
- 1/2 c + 2 tbs almond flour
- 1/4 c choc protein powder
- 2 tbs each: cocoa powder & ground flaxseed
- 3 tbs honey
- 1 tbs coconut oil (melt for 30 sec in microwave)
- 1-3 tsp peppermint extract (add based on how much peppermint flavor you want;)
- 1/4 c mini choc chips
- pinch of salt to taste
mix all ingredients together. refrigerate ~10 mins until batter hardens some. roll into balls. *optjonal* drizzle melted chocolate on top. store in the fridge & enjoy :)
