Ingredients:
· 1 oz fresh orange juice
· 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
· 1 oz elderflower liquor
· 3 oz La Marca Prosecco
· Thyme sprig
· Orange slice
Method:
· Add ice to a stemmed glass and pour in the orange juice and grapefruit juice.
· Stir in elderflower liquor with a cocktail spoon.
· Top with Prosecco and garnish with thyme and orange.
