We are so lucky to have such historical landmarks in Owatonna, MN. The Owatonna Court House originally built in 1874, was only a one story brick building. Since then they have added to the three stories we know today and adding the beautiful clock tower in 1958 along with the sculpture of Mercy, Law and Justice.
