Nikki Gee, MSN, PHN, CNL, OCN, wanted to become a nurse early in life to serve and take care of others. In high school I wanted to become a nurse to serve and take care of people but didn’t have the confidence to pursue the craft. It wasn’t until my mother was diagnosed and passed with lung cancer that gave me the courage to follow my heart in becoming a nurse.
