Resistance uses noise to drown out our internal voice. Sometimes the Noise plays on your own fears: fear of looking stupid, fear of failing, fear of being judged by others. Other times Noise uses the fears of those close to us : “You could lose your job if you do this, what happens if it doesn’t work?” But it’s always fear.
