Join us in celebrating Transplant Trekkers in honor of #NationalLivingDonorDay, which celebrates the brave people who step up and save lives by donating their living organs and tissue to heal those in need. ⁠ ⁠ Transplant Trekkers is a San Diego based group whose mission is to create a culture of organ donation and transplant. Our community of living donors, recipients, transplant professionals, families, and advocates put transplant on the map by engaging those unfamiliar with transplant in virtual treks.
