At this year’s Jubilee, the culinary team at wegmans showcased the delicious offerings from their new flagship food market in Manhattan. Guests had beautiful food to try throughout the day, starting with the egg sandos with parmesan crisps & fresh black truffles and mini croissants with smoked salmon served during the Welcome Reception. ⁠ ⁠ For the midday Snack Break, there were spicy tuna hand-rolls with cucumber & crispy tempura flakes and veggie maki with avocado, green asparagus & pickled ginger.⁠ ⁠ During Happy Hour, attendees nibbled on beet poke bowls with brown rice & quinoa and miso-marinated black cod with butter lettuce. ⁠ ⁠ Everyone who stopped by could chat with the Wegmans culinary team about the product sourced for each bite. ⁠ ⁠ Guests were welcome to take the Wegmans produce home at the end of the day, and any leftover food was composted or donated by _groundcycle. ⁠ ⁠ If you’re in NYC, you can visit the Wegmans in Astor Place, or visit one of the 100+ Wegmans food mar...
