At #Projectmarilake, with all the changes we made, the layout of the pre-exsiting stairs no longer made sense. We rotated them allowing for greater travel space and openness on the main floor, while accentuating them as a center feature. Not just the layout but the stairs feature, glass guards inserted in the stringers as well as “waterfall” stairnosings.
