The first image is something I’ve been wanting to capture for years. It was total luck that I was able to capture the moment the plane flew in front of the moon. I hadn’t notice it coming across the sky and had just sat my camera down. When I looked up it had already started to cross in front of the moon. I was able to grab my camera and fire off a few quick images before the plane cleared the moon completely. I almost missed the moment I had been waiting for. Right place right time.
