Budapest! 🏟️🤩 We worked hard for this one, but we couldn’t have had more fun along the way! Navigating the 1500m rounds never gets easier and I’m so proud to have made my 3rd straight global final in an event that just keeps getting stronger on the world stage and in Australia! A huge congratulations to abbeycaldwelll for becoming the 3rd Aussie woman to go sub 4 and for putting together a very impressive campaign of races across 2 events! I was probably a little ambitious with my 5km aspirations, but I’m glad I got out there to see for myself what I could (or couldn’t quite 🥵) do! Proud to have finished 7th in the 1500m working through this half of the year with my dad. It’s a special little stat after we finished 7th way back in 2014 at the World Junior Champs in Eugene last time we entered a global championships as a team.
