My new callawaygolf set and I are Instagram official. Back in March I got to go down to Carlsbad for a full bag fitting at the Callaway Performance center. The clubs are officially in and I’ve already won a member guest and played great at Bandon with them so we’re off to a hot start. For all my golf nerds, here is what johnny_wunder had to say about why I got the set I did and all my exact specs: “Kira has a very well fitted set up with loft and forgiveness in all the vital areas. Driver is set up to launch it high with low spin, AND the lie angle is a little flatter to ensure a proper strike and start line. Love the Hybrids replacing the 4 and 5 irons to combat that weird part of the set that tends to make it hard to hold the greens for most and those blend in perfectly with the fast and forgiving Ai Smoke irons. Also quite proud of the wedge gapping with nice 6 degree gaps in between the 48 and 60 to ensure versatility in her shot selection. She’s getting better every ye...
