Leg day is going hard over here. I definitely felt the difference being 5lbs lighter and on low cal and low carb. But still gave it my best. Here's the workout: 1️⃣ 5x 3 front squat - 8 back squat 2️⃣ 4x 16 Walking lunges (I used trap bar. If you never tried give it a shot. Hits totally different) 3️⃣ 3x 12 quad ext. [Incr. Weight every 3 rep] 4️⃣ 3x 12 seated leg curls Don't forget to SAVE it for later and SHARE it with a gym bestie!!! . . . . . . . . . . .
