We are officially one week from commencement! This week we will be highlighting a few of our outstanding graduates and their impacts on our community and beyond. First up is Sophie E. Edelstein, MPH ‘24. After commencement, Edelstein is staying right where she is – in New Haven, where she was born and raised. At Yale as an undergrad and an MPH student, Edelstein spent a lot of time working within the New Haven community, working with several community organizations and the City of New Haven’s Office of Community Health Initiatives. Currently, she is working on a larger project: honoring the legacy of longtime New Haven community activist Fred Harris through a community history exhibit.
