We tested ⁃ 📈Glucose responses affected by fuelling strategies hellolingo ⁃ 💪🏼Strength measurement to show the extent of muscle damage hawkindynamics ⁃ ♥️Heart rate, fatigue and form measurement coros_uk corosglobal ⁃ 🧠Psychological tests and questionnaires to monitor mental fatigue and emotional state. Fletch is working hard at the moment to find trends in the data which we hope to publish to encourage further research to be done on any interesting findings, specifically on women.
