Bori’s newest location on Montrose is bringing traditional Korean BBQ to an inviting and intimate space. What I loved most about this beautiful restaurant, besides their impeccable service and long list of high-quality meats, was the variety of mouth-watering entrees and appetizers like fried chili eggplant, seabass risotto, (forgive my pronunciation) bulgogi, tteokbokki, and cheese bulgogi fried rice, which are all a MUST.
