To generate some excitement leading up today’s 2024 Mac Quinceañera in the cafeteria from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m., we thought we’d share another of our favorite photos and captions from last year’s event to get you in the mood for some delicious food, energizing music and festive dancing. Everyone is invited to come join in the celebration. Tickets are $5 at the door, and teachers and community volunteers are encouraged to volunteer to help set up, decorate the venue or run stations during the event and clean up afterwards. WHAT FRIENDS ARE FOR: Then juniors Kyranise Hose and Johnathan Jones arrived at the fourth McCallum Quinceañera in color-coordinating outfits ready to tear up the dance floor. The two have been friends since elementary school, and when Hose realized she didn’t have a partner for the event, she asked Jones to step in.
