Favorite shooting workout you can do completely by yourself.
Here’s the full workout:
-25 form shots
-10 miken makes on each side
-30 floaters(left, middle, right)
-12/15 spin out mid range from both elbows
-12/15 spin out 1 dribble move from both elbows
-spin out threes
-1 minute continuous 3’s
If you have no rebounder but still want to get a workout in, this is perfect.
