A lot of people tend to think of the new football stadium that’s been in discussion as the only development project in Downtown Jax that’s worth talking about, but there are SO many other project on the opposite side of downtown that I wanted to make sure you’re aware of & that I’ve been loving! 😍 We’re homing in on a few in the Brooklyn area of downtown, which is the neighborhood you’re in once you cross the overpass from Jefferson to Riverside Ave. (by the Fresh Market). The most noticeable change that most people who commute throughout that area have been seeing is the 1 Riverside (Whole Foods) development (by the Acosta bridge).
